This is a known problem. It appeared after the introduction of new lines in the suits more than a year ago (approximately). Unfortunately, if they don't wear the suits, they need to be banned or dismantled. I don't know how to completely solve the problem. However, this method can help. Even if they say they need to wear the suit.

Is there a way, that NPC wearing full gear with helmet+oxygen mask don't go and use diving suit and normal oxygen masks ?

If I wear the Abyss divesuit that give me depth protection up to 10000 meters.
While wearing the 4000 meters wetsuit from this mod that give me 4000 meters protection.

Я еще не работала с оружием и для меня это будет первый опыт. Хотя да, оружие из Сабер я планирую починить (хочется и новое опробовать), но, пока только планирую так как мало времени. Будет он или нет, а так же когда - я не знаю и не хочу давать слово за то, в чём не уверенная. Всё же я больше года не играла (и не занималась модами) и мне стоит наверстать всё что вышло, а так же освежить память в нотпаде.

My mod has clearly gained a little, but, popularity while I was away. Thank you all for this! Now I will look at what has changed, update my knowledge with what I wanted and did in fashion, and gradually start working again.

Мой мод явно приобрёл небольшую, но, популярность пока меня не было. Спасибо всем вам за это! Сейчас я буду смотреть что изменилось, обновлю знания с тем, а что я хотела и сделала в моде, да постепенно начну работу вновь.
P.S. Если есть кто-то, кто может сделать еще варианты для перевода - пишите сюда или мне на стену, я буду рада добавить его в мод. Главное предоставьте мне файл с переводом и я с радостью загружу его.
