My guy, I have stated that I don't want this added and there's no insertion instructions, the title literally says "april fools" and the readme says NOT to add it. No it's not going to get added, I've made every effort to make sure it won't. Going wild over something that's an obvious joke submission that will never be added is not a good look

just finished reading the dumbest 140 word essay of my entire life from "skinwalkercoyote." cosmetics like dethkapp and flamingo kid at least somewhat fit the game's art style unlike this war paint, a self admitted a joke that the creator likely doesn't want added. dancing doe and millennial mercenary are meme items that shouldn't have been added, but at least the creators put in the effort to make it fit into the game, unlike this item. if ballin bottoms was added, it would be the wutville of war paints. also, he thinks the only thing that shouldn't be added is "outright racist or crime/victim related content" when this is team fortress 2, a game which has contained illegally hired mercenaries who murder one another and constantly spew insults such as "black scottish cyclops" since its release. it's also worth noting that this is one of the traits that set the game apart and kept it alive for 16 years.

i like how there's real human beings who are advocating for this to be in the game like the tf2 emporium twitter and the 70 iq think tank that is these comments

This indeed is very similar to Hanna-Barbera's drawing style, I think it fits TF2 pretty well, Valve definitely should add this instead of the warpaints of that famous youtuber, he is really bad at making warpaints.
