I did some testing with Watergard's mods and found what each of them does. This mod appears to do literally nothing. It's possible that i just didn't find any differences with vanilla and with this mod + dependencies but unless Watergard wants to add a description or explain what this mod does in the comments then i have no clue what this mod does.
