this looks great! fruit matches environment very well, 10/10 mod

they are bugs so their camouflage being always blue feels silly

tbh it could work lorewise if they get different nutrients and amounts of sunlight depending on the regions

idk if this would work lore wise but its still pretty cool!

it does support modded regions if you set it up, urban expansion will use this, tho is not as accesible as just using a json file

In the game files they are called "Danglefruit", these things are never given a name anywhere in game and Blue Fruit was just a name given by the community.

they were nicknamed blue fruit for a reason, but a cool idea all the same

emerald tweaks cause crashes with a ton of mods

However when used with emeralds tweaks and features, this mod is overridden and causes crashes.

special color? i think you are confusing what the mod does, there is no randomness involved, each region simply has its own color for the fruits

bubblefruit doesnt have any function to change color already in game, so i would have to make it myself from the scratch

But i don't know why you tried to argue with me about forbiddenness, it has nothing to do with what i said.

Biodiversity is broken currently with other mods and the creator isnt active anymore and even if it works it doesnt take into account a lot of things (fruits changing color as soon as you walk through a gate is one example, as well as breaking how fruits look in rubicon). From what i tested my mod is very stable in all scenarios, couldnt find a way to make them suddenly change color once they already spawned.

Also a mod already existing doesnt mean you are forbbiden from trying to code it by yourself, i made this mod mainly to gain knowledge about how the game works, what unexpected issues can appear and how to fix them.

There was literally already a mod which did this.
