A neat idea that could be done is letting the player rebind the buttons to remove the ropes attached to spears. (so we can drop the spears without a risk of detaching the rope)

This mod is amazing. Just a modded slugcat whose abilities actually are useful and actually have a tangible disadvantage. do you use the aim anywhere mod? The little moments of trying to figure out where to throw a spear to escape while being chased by a cyan or testing a throw multiple times to get a favorable spot for a grapple are all very wonderful. I hate when a characters abilities are almost never relevant at times and I just end up playing survivor in spearmaster campaign (???) [da vinki im looking at you]. This slugcat fits really well into the main cast and the power scaling of the originals, requiring patience and planning.

This mod seems to break Fisobs creatures, causing them to not show up.

For Jolly-Coop users , if you use Cowboy Slug in another campaign, go to remix settings and disable "Cowboy Food System", you will need to eat to survive but it won't soft-crash the game.

as in you spawn in the corner of rooms and cant move, or press escape

whenever jolly-coop is enabled, the game breaks..

If you throw, grab one from the floor and recall the one you threw fast enough you can dual wield them like spear master. Is this a exploit or a mechanic of the character?

that red room glitch (in my experience) usually happens when you had (or didn't have) diverse shelters and removed (or removed) the mod mid-campaign if you never had diverse shelters, i'd reccomend you to go to the official RW discord server and find help there in either #modding-support or #modding-quick-support. Hope this helps!

for any of you who are finding a way to make a YEEHAW COWBOY HAT. I have a solution for u, so whatchu wanna do is just spamming a spear into a lizard (I have no idea if it works on any other creatures), keep spamming, it'll unfortunately turn into a hat for you! The hat colour depends on the colour of the lizard.

cowboy scug is a really good character and it's also really simple
you basically get an infinite spear, but you can get two by throwing one spear, picking up another spear and pulling back the first spear, now you have a spear in bot your hands , hold (grab) to get your spear back, you can even get spears back from walls you can also have a grappling hook, by throwing your spear into a wall and holding (grab) and (jump) i have no idea what the last thing is because i haven't seen it, but this character is really strong
