Your problems have been solved! They currently do not spawn with weapons but here is how you can fix that! Start by entering the create menu and going to NPC's then look for Woodland Grunts 2.0. Now look for a small panel that includes the option weapon override. Click it and select a weapon. Now spawn the NPC and it will have that weapon.

When I first saw them, I was so estonished, but when I went to spawn them, they were attacking me, so please make them friendly. But otherwise good job on them.

If you get the Adrian Shephard player model and install this too, it will replace the default Adrian Shephard model with the Woodland Gasmask.

The World in Conflict soldiers and the remade Half-Life HGrunts are very similiar. The HL2 Beta conscript models were made out of the World in Conflict models.

well in Black Mease and in Black Mesa:Scource they were never freindly but if you so good at "Lua Coding" then you just get these NPCS and make them Freindly
