1.In order to make it work, you have to remove all the portraits from the species_classes, and leave only your portraits in the MAM categories. consider it as 'adding' to vanilla portraits. If we use your flie, you will get all portraits duplicated.
2.Guess your portrait file needs rework. Check Human or Mammalian portrait and copy+paste your portrait on its list. It came through a major patch.

Not working for me :( Can only select one dog portrait, planet names don't seem to generate either.

Quick question, are you supposed to not be able to change your ruler's portrait? Mine is just the default golden retriever and thats it. Other leaders are randomized though.

Hi everyone. I've updated the mod to v0.5. I fixed a bug that seemingly was causing crashes during leader selection (usually Science leaders) after some time. This was due to a corrupted image; over time, eventually that portrait would be selected in the leader selection by random chance and would cause a crash. I've also cleaned up the "Canine 1" namelist a bit. Though, I am unsure how all of this will impact your prior saves. Apologies if it gives you trouble. Let me know how it works out.

@Cloister I'm also seeing this type of crash. It occurs when selecting a new Science leader after meeting new empires. Other mods that use namelists are also seeing this type of error. Sorry folks if you are experiencing this type of crash. I will work on it later in the week once my work get a little less crazy. In the meantime, if using a new namelist fixes this, please use that. Again sorry, I didn't realize how popular this mod would quickly become in just a few days.

@UsedCashew Sorry about that. It could be a mod conflict, though its difficult to tell. Crash logs are located at Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\crashes\stellaris_<DATE_NUMBER>\logs\error.log on Windows and ~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/crashes/stellaris_<DATE_NUMBER>/logs/error.log on Linux. Typically the last few lines will indicate what happened to cause the crash. If you find them, either post the last few lines here or on my profile and I can look into it.

Buddy got a crash 2 times in a row on MP session when going to pick a leader. Do you know if it's anything on your end with the mod or perhaps a mod conflict?

Hilarious. I can see you've got a Lab in there but needs a Black Lab to accompany them too, no idea what clothing they should be wearing though!

People say AI imagegen will hurt artists, but I see this project and could not disagree more. Great work. A+ will download.

Sinisterghost96, I think so It does modify the mammalian species class to use the new portraits. Is this in reference to achievements being disabled due to a checksum mismatch?
