I suggest either changing tone or not posting any comments. It's my choice what I'm doing with my time.
I know there are plenty of missions in the workshop that won't allow a heli to take off until all units have disembarked. Surely its not too difficult to fix this?
Because in that cases pilot will take off as per Arma behaviour.
If you don't own it you can download compatibility data as a mod. Link here . With either of those mission will function normaly.

Have you had any mod active while playing this scenario?
Objective description says "Find and eliminate mortar position and all FIA fighters around it." but I get it. I will change name to "Eliminate Mortar Crew" so that it would point more to the fact that guerrillas are the target. :>
( And by "I will" I mean "I just done that" :D )
Most of my missions don't required you to own it even if it's listed. I always include such information in the description. You can run this mission with just Compatibility Data from the workshop (link here ). You will not have access to every loadout possible but it will be fully playable from start to finish.
