the cooling fans dont emmit water vapor and the steam turbines do NOT generate electricity i think those 2 buildings are broken

All of these reactors are based on advanced reactors that use liquid metal lead/sodium or helium gas so they don't need cooling towers like what people are used to seeing.

not all power plants need cooling towers some nuclear power plants use "radiators"(large wastewater filled racks which radiate energy to the surrounding air) depending on their configuration and design.
