I confirm, I has the same problem like @Kot W Czapce, where I can't division, due to the lack of industry.
For the idea of @Democracy, I think in vanilla, can be Egypt, because is the country inspirate to create Shurima.

it clearly needs a lot more work, good start tho, for now you literally cannot have more then those 10 starting divisions with sometimes going even to about negative 150k equipment, i feel like trying to balance it by the way reasearch works atm is one of good ways but there should be some more factories and/or ways to deal with rebelious population

It seems that the bug was with EaW, I don't know if it'll continue with the mod so I'll re-run it and find out. But I love the work you're doing.

I have tried on another save, I think it's because EaW updated earlier this month.

@Warspartain you tried to play on another save? i didnt have any issue like that, dont know why it could even happen.
