it's supposed to be 0,7, raven modding tools are jank

the speed multiplier is 7 for me, is this intentional? It's so high as to be almost unplayable on small maps, is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?

Primaries will get added once LQS adds them to his weapon pack. This whole config is built around that mod, so what do you expect from me.
