AU Plot: Gwel Mall had been abandoned and void of interior since the closure in the early 90's due to heavy weather, hailstorms, storms and flooding from hurricanes, Gordon Woo, the owner of the Evertides Mall had ordered his workers to knock the long-lacked-life outer shell of the mall which already looked like it was about to rot and fall down for a new mall like the Evertides one,

the music is staying it's too good. Above all, don't take it off, it's really cool. The maps of Gwel Mall are really great. I follow updates regularly.

OR after the mall was abandoned, someone have repair the build and empty it !

ah, so if its empty here but furnished when abandoned. either this is between the two still, with a purchaser before abandonment, or this is before the normal version?

so the order of events is: normal, sale, abandoned
we can thusly assume that nobody purchased the mall and it as such was left to erode with time
