Amazing campaign! <3

This is a top notch campaign.

This was one of the first campaigns I played when I got VVR (and all the dlcs.) As a disclaimer of writing I only have about 30 hours in the game.

As I work through the most subscribed and others recommendations, this one really highlights the ability of the game to support in depth mission storytelling with some pretty simple but impactful effects.

Many custom campaigns and missions that are recommended are quite simple; here's some targets, blow them up and have a good day. (Complexity in randomization or whatever)

While the overall shooty-bang content isn't super in depth, the story and voiceovers and radio chatter really enhanced the immersion.

I hope more folks lean into the idea of crafting stories in the editor.

Great campaign! However for me the 3rd mission didn't work as av42s that I was meant to be escorting refused to take off so I'm not sure why that happened

Yes, ammo is quite tight. Quicksave before using it, then try again. You will improve !

i keep running out of munitions do i have skill issue

This campaign was fantastic - played the whole thing in coop with a buddy and it worked flawlessly. Great mission design and storytelling. My only minor point is that it's dialogue heavy which leads to the HUD being full of huge white subtitles for a lot of the time. Not sure if this was a choice by the mission creator or the subtitles automatically appear for all dialogue in the game, but I'd much prefer not to have them. Especially when recording S-Cam footage. All in all - 5 stars! Hope this creator makes more campaigns!

Ok guys, for anyone that wanted a coop version, I am releasing an experimental T-55 coop version of this campaign (2x T55 with up to 4 players). You can find it here:

Please consider this a lower quality story version because for all the problems the multiplayer code has with control of friendly AI planes, the missions had to be simplified a little. If you fly solo, stick to single player versions of this campaign.

Thanks for the fix! I always use external fuel so I never have my internal fuel at 100%

@82F GDT - oh, thanks for reporting this mate! That objective was optional, but incorrectly marked as required when I converted to T-55 mission. I have uploaded a fixed version where this objectvie should be green automatically (as optional objectives are auto-completed from beginning).

BTW with the bug, the objective worked by detecting if you have fully refueled to 100% at re-arm point. What I have did and that is why I personally didn't noticed this problem.

Is there any way to complete the re-arm waypoint objective in mission 4? I've tried playing through it 2 times with and without mods and both times the objective keeps me from completing the mission. So far have been loving the challenge playing through this campaign with limited hardpoints btw

@ZbuffeR - That was my original intend as well when I started making this T-55 conversion, thinking that 2-player-1-plane should simply work out of the box. That is simply not the case and many mission editor functions related to AI or triggers are different or broken in multiplayer. For example:

1) In the milisecond between starting the mission and spawning the player state is considered "not landed" and as such several dialogs I based on before take-off and after take-off immediatelly started and got mixed (not a bug, but needs re-work)

2) AI planes have broken form-up mission scripting order on players in multiplayer, and if you try manual form-up command from comms panel as pilot, all friendly planes on the map will fly to you to form-up. Breaking all mission orders for them. (bug, I reported to developer)

So as you can see, even for 2-players-1-plane to work, I need to rework the missions and fix formation flying problems as Joker/Queen will simply not work by default.

@InnocenceOfChildren not sure if that helps, but what about doing only 2-player coop version with a single T-55 so that if one wants only single player, they only have to host a private game with nobody else ?
That way no need to develop both single and multi version triggers right ?

This campaign is a gem!!!! have been trying to complete mission 3 with the limited loadout but has failed multiple times it is very challenging I love it!! <3 keep it up!!

@TheOddAdmaril - I honestly tried to simply convert to MP (as 2 players coop inside one plane), but most of the mission triggers simply stopped working and would require troubleshooting and rework. I will try it once more when I have time next month as I was thinking of a follow-up campaign specifically in T-55 as 2 player coop. But I need to find a way to make it easy to develop single / multiplayer coop in parallel as I do not have the capacity to develop the missions twice if the triggers are not MP compatible. Majority of people looking for story driven missions are in single player parts of workshop and if I need to make a hard decision I will stay with single player.

Great campaign! I think the only way it could be better is in multiplayer. but only one t55 so you and one of your mates could join. otherwise I think It is the perfect balance of difficult-challenging

Will this become multiplayer?

Hey, not sure if this for everyone but on mission 4, I wasnt able to complete it even though I had all the objectives finished. Not sure if it is a bug or if i should just try it again.

Thanks for updating it! I love the T-55, and it will be nice to replay the campaign in it. I've actually made a UAF livery for it if you check my workshop uploads. It should add to the immersion : )
