Love the mod! The European culture decision has disappeared. I still see it as a potential journal entry, but the decision to select it is missing. Possibly as a result of the recent content update?

@Krom1212 nothing in the changelog gave me any reason to doubt that it no longer works.
This has been the case for almost all patches.
Worst case is they add a culture that I havent added to my config yet :D
Something that is no issue for the mod as it wont crash due to that

Testing takes less than a minute with the debug console and I have confirmed that it works

(In theory the code for all journals, decisions and events is programatically generated, so either all countries are broken or none) Last I played a culture it worked for me, thats why im a bit confused

the step 4 "if you conquer a homeland" yearly tick isnt firing for me? im trying to play yugoslavia and im not getting new homelands after i pressed the decision day one

Would it be alright to request more 'Heritage' cultures? There already is the very large 'European' syncretic culture including European Heritage cultures, the 'Native American' syncretic culture for the Indigenous American Heritage cultures, Polynesian for Indigenous Oceanic, and Turkic somewhat covers most of Central Asian Heritage. The 'Indian' syncretic culture covers South Asia plus a little bit more too.

A South East Asian, East Asian, North Asian, and Middle Eastern Heritage syncretic culture would complete the highly implausible but really fun super large cultures. Thanks for the mod regardless!

That is a tradeoff im aware of. You are expected to create the syncretic after unifying Germany and for Germanic you bypass the smaller nation states for a few reasons so you should also get your unification in order before that.
Maybe I will revisit that particular part with the next dlc that might touch this kinda stuff but dont have enough info yet.

With Germanic unified culture as the only accepted culture, even if you had the leadership of Germany, all of the German options vanish, and you can no longer form any new nation as Germany vanishes as an option. It also permanently removes German Leadership from you if you had it.

@RouteVenus you have to go to another loc folder, overwrites are in a different file than the rest.
Im not aware that you can overwrite loc based on rules atm. I dont like the pre either but didnt come up with a better solution than having two cultures with the same name

Please revert the "pre-victorian" culture loc changes, or at least tie it to the gamerules. it doesnt look great and is redundant when you arent playing in mexico or spain or whatever

Regarding that other mod, no idea. If they add cultures or rely on the normal US cultures later on then probably not.
The max ai you are referring to is probably the setting that converts all ai cultures instantly to use this as a performance instead of an immersion mod
