yeah I've been using this since it was released, never had any issues with it aside from the occasional issue with mods that change the state menu in a way that would cover the button for this

There is some states that don't have any resistance or compliance, its not possible to core, can you fix this?

Tried some more, it crashes no matter what, just takes a few moments.
Core With Compliance++ does crash the same way with r56

I've been using it in the latest (1.14) update with the new dlc, and so far had no issues so basically yes it still works

Try making a descriptor file in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod
Although missing a descriptor file shouldn't cause the mod to not work, dunno why you're facing an issue
