good warpaint

The saturation of the white needs a tone down or the alpha mask of it needs a tone down because it is too bright.

i mean i like dark colors but it does feel ugly pasted on. i'm sure many joke stranges would come of it but for the tf2's last smidge of dignity i say no.

With what it's referencing I think he hit the nail on the head with keeping it within reason of fitting in the game. The manga scrape marks were existent in Japanese manga in the 1960s. The off white fits really nicely too. The only thing bad is that the car it's referencing came out 11 years after tf2 but that's not that bad tbh considering there's many other referenced items from later time periods.

it's a good looking concept, maybe stylize it more to a map like kong king, team colored neon signs, that way you could keep it japanese and more fitting for tf2.

@https yeah i can understand that reasoning, i did want to try and differentiate myself from other artists in the community, not saying there’s anything wrong with the artists, but i do want to see what limits we could reach in warpaints, as a lot of them are uniform in some aspect so i do try and do a unique spin on mine, i get they don’t seem to fit the artstyle of the game, but hey they’re still concepts at the end of the day

this skin in my opinion would be more fitting for csgo than tf2, this just does't fit the art style of the game at all. I'm not saying it's bad i'm saying it doesn't stylistically fit tf2.
