i can equip all of his skill but obviously that make the ui looks......weird.

Question: In the pictures it appears the TF2 Sniper, however the TF2 Sniper that appears in the images isn't the same from the Steam Workshop. So what is the Sniper mod that appears in the picture?

It might be a buff or effect that coincidentally has the same name. That's my best guess, since I'm unable to reproduce the bug. Try unsubscribing and subscribing from this mod to make sure you have the most recent version, then move it to the top of your mod load order.

The vast majority of my mods are new classes. The only one that really affects game-play is 7 Quirks, 3 Trinkets, & 50% affliction Rate mod.

Tried it out again this morning and it looks like it's still having issues. The riposte is activating but immediately expires.

Not sure why the riposte didn't activate but I remember that it killed the target with a crit and there were still enemies left but riposte didn't take.

you can equip all skills because some people like to use the "equip all skills" mod and compatibility with that depends on them, instead of me, so if you only want four skills only equip four skills, you have the choice
