Like, I have CSS. Everything has texture, but the water has this weird missing texture reflection to it when I spawn in props.

i hate how almost every good map needs css, i just want a good map and whenever i think i find one it needs css, not to mention it didnt even include that you need in the description which got my hopes up even higher

yes css is required. css content is very widespread in gmod so it's assumed most people have it installed
