有移动城市的选项，下方显示没有属性（红字），然后城市项目里面也没有移动城市的项目选项。目前装了和而不同还有上4环MOD

no such plans, because cqui has DELETED a "ActionStack" I need to use.

because I don't use cqui myself (cqui has deleted so many things and caused so many issues)

那就别一起使用了，因为CQUI直接改了UI的定义，影响了按钮依附的位置，导致看不见。难以兼容。@Wei

应该是不行。其实是可以的，但是移动之后城邦就没法复活了，为了确保城邦可以复活，这个模组禁止移动城邦的城市。@2843330584

根据你的描述，猜测是城市忠诚度下降导致生产力下降。移动城市的项目本身不会涨价的。@化风随缘

Yes, it's fixed in gamecore and modders can't change it，so better not to move a city that connects a hero. @kougetsuei3594

Works - but the limitation on "original capital" massively reduces the usefulness - especially as City States count as capitals - if the AI was half clever about settling it wouldn't be an issue - but it isn't and city states are often badly placed.
