Well the mod was lastly updated in March 2023 it was prepared for version 1.0.8.0 there is a possibility that there was an update during this period that messed up some code and files the mod was using/overwriting/refering to. I'll try to look at it, when I'll be playing Barotrauma again, for now the mod is in temporary hiatus.

reinstalling the mod didnt work and disabling all mods but this one didnt work

im not talking about the level size im talking about the map where you chose where to go and the mission its way bigger than before and i dont have any other mods that change the map size

@UNISG It shouldn't be modified as far as I'm concerned, the only problem might be visual glitches for paths, because they are way shorter then intented leading to some graphical mishaps, but I don't think I can do anything about it.
