is there a limit to how many bots spawn at the start of the game? it seems to work with most mods i have but the surgeon from NT, the iron riders job, and harlequin jobs dont spawn. although now that i think about it, they might be overides of the assistante security and medical jobs

It's probably caused by other mod that overrides vanilla jobs. You need to find out what it is by yourself.
