To fix this you can:
Grab a copy of the refinery.json from the CrashLander files and rename your copy(the original needs to stay in the crashlander mod folder) it. I picked refineryCrashLand.json for mine, you paste the renamed copy in the main scrap mechanic data folders \steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Survival\CraftingRecipes\refineryCrashLand.json
You need to modify a line in the refinery_modded.lua for this mod
g_refineryRecipes = sm.json.open("$SURVIVAL_DATA/CraftingRecipes/refineryCrashLand.json")
Originally this mod pulls the refinery recipes from vanilla SM files and does not account for a mod like crashlander, this causes this mod to load the refinery recipes from crashlander.
