My guess for why the Western look isn’t out of because there’s still more to be done. Keep in mind, I doubt the Mr. Puzzles storyline is officially over. Sure the Saga itself is compete, but Mr. Puzzles himself still has a lot more to him. Also, considering that other faces he had during the Puzzlevision film weren’t on his model, there might be more for him.
