报告翻译问题
Look at my message from 21 march for "fix".
I can't locate any logs; the game isn't crashing, just failing to load. Also, I saw that Sukritacts Siam had an incompatibility; that's been disabled, but I'm running into the same issue.
For now, manual "fix" is to find LSGM_CivilService_Queries.sql, edit it with any text editor (notepad will do fine): just clear all text in it, and save it.
Steam Workshop downloads mods to ...\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070.
