Just like how you can't get rid Scout's Bag, Sniper & Medic's Glasses. Soldier's Pouches and Engineer's cable. Valve didn't add bodygroups to remove those.

Also if an item can be condensed into 1 instead of splitting it up into 2, it'd probably be for the best to leave it as is
