You can also use the Ploppable RICO Revisited to place them manually.

Here is what I mean

I like this series of Thai Shophouse models, but they don't work as growables. They have big gaps between them even though they are wall-to-wall designs and corner buildings don't spawn where they belong. I think due to all of this they should be ploppable rico only.
