if that mod is enabled you will not be enable to hire one of the crew job of this mod by chance this however is not permanent there is a way to solve this:
Temporarily remove the diver job from mod enabled and travel to a station this will enable the chance to recruit either job however by removing diver job mod you will also disabled is function as crew being assign to it, Turning it into a normal vanilla job randomly.
Or you can spawn a bot with a certain job by choice by enablecheat and open console input spawn/spawncharacter = [creature/job name] afterwards you must teleport the crew as the crew member spawns outside in open water far off the screen, So you will have to use teleportcharacter/teleport = [character name] this will put it onto the sub.
