It should be smooth. Check your frame rate.

I used the wallpaper engine editor and some art assets. It may be possible to make something like this using scripts as well.

Hi! there is some banding in the shaded areas because its only 8bit. adding small amounts of grain would fix this, would it be able to get a option or a slider to add some grain to smooth out the banding issues?

Clock flip behaviour is something developers would implement. I'll talk to them about it.

If it is flipping, the clock can not flip. It would be better if the clock is placed in the upper right corner.

One thing that would be amazing is if the clock/date could be mirrored when flipping the direction of the waves. I have a setup with 2 screens, 1 horizontal and 1 vertical, and if the clock was in the upper right hand corner rather than the left this would be perfect for me. For now the clock is off though and I love the vibe this puts off! Well done :D
