Last point is i would probably reduce the length of the rods by 1 block to make it more compact, as i dont think that will do much to change the functionality, but will improve how easy it is to build around it if you want to have a full vehicle on top, and possibly reduce the low angle so its less likely to bottom out when you turn off the hinges or it hits anything too hard.
I like it!
Main issues it has is when testing is when turning, it wants to roll, which is something a lot of my designs also struggle with, this can be ammended by having gyroscopes with override set to on, so it doesnt want to rotate, but that may interfeer with steering. it looks like you solved it by decreasing top speed and power.
This video shows the body roll im reffering to, which is amplified in designs where the suspension is free moving on all wheels like this one and a good few of mine (ignore that its a commercial)
