The mod doesn't crash for me. Does it crash when running just this mod?
If yes, which version of stellaris are you runnign & what operating system are you on?

Not sure if this is because of a conflict or what.
Then, I researched Stellarite (ACOT), and the same FE got pissed at me. After that, my game performance tanked, locking up every few in-game days. My best guess is the FE was trying to declare war, and the spoofed federation prevented it and the game didn't know how to reconcile it. Every save file I had after researching Stellarite was ruined and the one from before was still functional.
Moral of the story, be careful who you backstab, and why.
The tradition trees seem all very good and feel like they would make for some crazy empires interactions. ^^
Just take a look at the store page, you'll see how many complaints they're getting right now.
Encountered the same bug and verifying game files is what fixed the issue for me personally.
It's also one of the steps Paradox recommends.
But even if it was due to my mod, I wouldn't even know how to fix that. Especially because it's working just fine on my end. It's not like I'm overwriting any game files here.
I do agree that it could be the new DLC just being weird :D and sometimes just not working.
Let me know if anything seems broken!
