Because the animations require the shoulders be flexible, as if they assumed the character wasn't wearing a huge metal chestplate

Does this have the bright metal colors like the Black Mesa mod version does? I think the brighter metal colors look good on the Black Mesa updated player model.

i have an idea that may work, your previous freeman playermodels don't have this bug, maybe replicate what ever you did with that playermodel and port it to these models. (like i said, i don't know programing so this may not work.)
