As for sandbox games, 32 (16v16) is optimal, more if you wish in bigger maps

Day and night cycle mutator on my settings has a longer day and all default settings.
Radiation on EHADS 2.0 is the same as on default, but you need to accumulate 3 full points until you get damaged (instead of default 0,3).
I have no idea where you're getting all these issues from, so it's either a skill issue or the mods don't get uploaded with proper mutator settings
The only thing that is changed are the radiation zone sizes, so it's really telling you that you should wear gasmask as much as possible on late-game configs (you're fighting in the hearth of chernobyl, what do you expect?)
I have a feeling that the settings that I set for the radiation and day/night cycle don't port to workshop properly. Same happened to my V+ configs and the recoil mutator, which I had to remove, because it wouldn't simply work properly.
