大佬，在新版本更新之后设计的飞机引擎推力有问题，航母的舰载机推力不足了，包括大佬另一个mod飞机设计优化也是推力有问题

@烟distance 这个AI船坞分配的影响因素有很多，做不到为每个国家都专门调整系数。就比如美英拿一样的系数，英国会拿出一半的船厂造主力舰，而美国只会拿20%，因此只能给美国单独调一套系数。

looklike ai receive free naval xp also because naval doctrines are full in 1939, bad idea, in place try to fix the multiple useless naval design that spend a big amount of xp

1- I don't think give cheat to ai for receive free dockyard is good thing in an ai mod ( you must only try to improve the ai with the same option a player can have )
2- Ai produce a lot of different variants of any ship without real utility (the same ship but with less component for exemple is a stupidity, it's also the case in base game without the mod but here it's worst), please fix it if you can ;)
