The Iris Orthodoxy bonus for all of these Iris Libre/Vichya Dominion leaders is far too strong. Even if the culture bonus was entirely removed it would still be extremely powerful, especially as many of their other abilities revolve around faith. What I would suggest is scrap the culture bonus from faith production entirely, and either get rid of or heavily nerf the extra faith bonuses from charming/breathtaking tiles.

As it currently stands, it is possible to get a single holy site that effectively produces 96 faith, gold and production (if the religion has work ethic). This makes culture/religion victories absolutely trivial for them, as well as their other abilities making them a nightmare to try and defeat militarily.
