This is nice, though I think you should make the paint region be locked to the horse-shoe rather than the hat itself. It would look a lot nicer.

Nice Cosmetic, haven't seen a Cowboy hat out there with a Horseshoe on it before.

And just have it look like another generic Cowboy hat? i'm pretty sure that has been done plenty of times already.

Also guessing by its name, i'm guessing its supposed to refer to how some people belive that the horseshoe is the symbol of luck. and if thats the case, removing the horseshoe would make its title heavily misleading.
