Also, to add on to the difference between this and the Gone Commando, is that these pants have an Operator's Overalls / Balaclavas Are Forever hue to them rather than the usual default Heavy pants' colors.

Yes, but that one has bullets on the side and no hook.

The Cosmetic is ment to refer to part of Sanford's Attire from Madness Combat, who also wears camo pants and usually carry around a hook on him.
