I think it can be more saturated. The exact same color as his shirt would be the perfect color.

Most safey clothing like Hi-Vis Vests have that for good reasons. but the difference is that this cosmetic is not based on firefighter clothing, but rather construction

Trickster's Turnout Gear is ment to be based off the protective clothing that firefighters wear.

This cosmetic barely even looks like the cosmetic you mentioned or firefighter attire.
