I love how you used the HLA gordon head for this but, this might just be me. Doesn't the gray on the suit seem a bit lighter?

Also, if anyone is wondering who this "Stalker" enemy was, it's an enemy concept that was supposed to be a Corpse in an HEV Suit animated by some sort of Fungal, Plant or Plant-like alien presence.

Porting models to Source isn't that interesting tbh. Like I said, I'm attempting keyword; attempting to port a model from SFM to GMod, and there are a lot of things to remove because GMod doesn't play nice with them. And after giving it my best shot earlier today, I ended up getting a nightmare spaghetti mess of Gordon in his suits. It's why I recommended Cthulu's pack, because they already did it and I'd be treading old, already covered ground. Besides that, I didn't make the model used in this pack nor the Black Mesa version, as I stated already. I just ported the model to Source, which is significantly less work that having to make the models.

how about posting screenshots of the process? It would be very interesting to watch the process of creating a model. And still just

The arms on Cthulu's build are better, in all honesty. K didn't fix the weight painting, meaning the arms twist around everywhere
