a question, should the tree 4k mod be placed above or below weather?

tested it as the only mod active, so yes it is your mod with issues with snow, it's the same issue of the christmas event

I play ets 2 on VR through my quest on a gaming laptop, will this mod work on it? I am wondering given it being 8k if it will make my game lag?

This mod doesn't work properly on my mac the sky appears full black and remains same throughout the game
i am using a m1 macbook air (8 gb). does it have to do anything with the RAM i have ?

Maybe that's it, the brightness. Oddly, it feels better in ATS so I'm not sure if it's a psychological thing or what lol. But in ATS, the lighting looks better imo. Fantastic mod no doubt, so thank you for creating!

An interesting fact that opinions differ so widely here. Personally, I think the color scheme of the lighting is excellent, but I agree with you that the brightness—especially around midday—is a bit too low, even in my view. However, I spent quite a bit of time experimenting with my monitor’s HDR settings and the in-game brightness settings. It probably does make sense to have two versions here, but I honestly don’t see any need for action, except maybe adjusting the brightness a little. Thanks for the great work!

The fire clouds in the early morning and late evening have dyed the whole world red, not just the sky. Is this a normal phenomenon, or is it incompatible with 1.54

That's what I was thinking too! The color feels too "warm." If it were to be changed to be a little more neutral, it would be absolutely perfect!

Easily the best skyboxes you can get for this and ATS. It's just unfortunate you decided to do your own lighting instead of sticking with the vanilla lighting which is more realistic. Your lighting too often feels like the entire day is taking place just after sunrise or before sunset as the lighting can be too warm. It also has a bit too much contrast.

If you ever decide to release a version of your great skyboxes with vanilla lighting then I'll be ecstatic as I'll finally be able to use these awesome skyboxes again. As it is right now, I don't use this mod because of the lighting.

Hey is there a reason the sky always looks like it's either dusk or dawn? It doesn't seem like the sun ever hits full light. Idk if I'm explaining it well and idk if anyone else has the same issue.

Thanks for the mod. Frosty Winter is not fully compatible with the mod. It is raining instead of snow. Can you fix this?

Dirceu o último update da SCS adicionou o efeito de neve em climas onde a temperatura fica negativa no entanto com o seu mod esse efeito não é visível (apenas fica nublado). Também notei que o número de chuva com trovoada diminui drasticamente sendo muito raro elas acontecerem (com a thunderstorm_probability base de 0.37). Também notei algumas transições de iluminação estão bugadas mudando drasticamente a palete de cor.

any video to see these effects ? I am looking for a mod to see the daylight, when it's cloudy, brighter. The vanilla version has very dark daylight when cloudy. Any hope I can find in your mod what I am looking for ?
