I've seen that bug once before and I'm not sure which mod causes so many pearls. If you want this fixed you can share your modlist and LogOutput in the Bugs discussion.

Do the pearls move? Just grab them until you got the right game.

Grab a pearl.
If for whatever reason some mod removes the pearls, you should be able to bring them yourself, 3 to play all current games.
