I've no DLC's for this game, so i can't tell you if it will work with DLC's or not. But I would guess it does if the 2 setting rpk's were not changed by DLC's.

I'm wondering why there isn't a 'mid tier' operation which spawns a new hero on success. Would be so convenient.

It's good, but the heroes appear way too fast. Other than that, I like it.
