Variation in warpaints is important. Maybe use the same palette and try experimenting with the middle of each weapon? Just needs something to break up the Ctrl+V feeling.

Grids always look kind of bad on war paints. It doesn't have much to do with your skills, you're actually really good at texture work, but the fact there's a grid kind of makes it look bad. Try making a version without the fence. Also, the fence looks pretty blurry on the texture so it could use being sharpened up if you do want to keep the current design.

I think the sparkles ruin it for me. Without them, I could like it a lot more.
