If you need some other sound replacer over this you can play with addon loading order (download other replacer, then download this addon and it will not override older downloaded replacer addon)

по публикации в воркшоп просто качаешь с гитхаба gmpublisher и там все интуитивно понятно https://github.com/WilliamVenner/gmpublisher/releases/tag/2.9.2

Так чё сложного то, лол. Этож как ресурспаки в Майнкрафт, делаешь папочки соответствующие к путю звукового файла/или текстуры/или модели, а потом закидываешь файлы с такими же названиями как в игре. А по публикации аддона в воркшоп на Ютубе есть туторы, не переживай.
