some light tweaks to make the weapons look right (Like setting weapon bones to where they should be and altering the right hand position to make the animations look right) would be acceptable divergence from the Original material.
Also, the playermodels can hold weapons at odd angles and I believe a misaligned weapon bone makes some PMs hold things like the RTBR weapons in a completely wrong way.
You did a very good job with the original animations from cs: source, I always wanted to have the animations from cs: source in garrysmod, and I really love the fact that you put the original ragdoll from cs:s, good job!
but I see that he has some problems when placing the weapons on the character, etc.
My recommendations:
1. leave the original animation to the camera, gravity gun, physics gun, rpg, etc. {who do you think doesn't deserve to have the animation changed}
2. The animation should also have support for custom weapons
