No no, he wanted to fix them too, but never had the time to do it, I said just unhide them, and I'll see what I can do, all free, and i managed to fix some of them, I was sadly unable to get the rest though.

Only the HL2 weapons replacements like the RPG-7(HL2 RPG), MMOD shotgun, SW M29, and the Girl's Frontline SMG were the only sweps i can actually obtain, I also managed to fix the Neo Russian Federation Combine add-on's too, idk who got the others but thank you for that. Kinda sad to hear he offed himself, poor guy...

well if one came and said "i want all of your addons extracted" i would also be a bit surprised about it

I remember Empty... He was quite rude when I asked if I can have all his add-on's and extract them, and re-post them on my Mediafire, this was in 2018, the reason why he hid all his past weapon replacements, was that supposedly a small percentage of people complained that his weapon replacements didn't even work for them, wouldn't show up and all that... So, I know a way to fix this, just extract the contents, and put em in your add-on's folder, it works like a charm, he was chill about it for awhile, but then he just hid all of them before i can get the rest, and he didn't even give me the time to extract all of them and fix em, no explanation either, and he just bitched at me how he didn't need me to "fix" his add-on's... What?
