Yeah I agree that it doesn't look that much like sniper, it turns him into a whole new character that doesn't resemble the mercs.

This makes the sniper not look like himself. It changes his base colors too much for no reason. It even removes his class emblem. Why? The idea would be completely fine but you went way too far with it.

tbh i don´t think the hair is the sniper but the cosmetics are pretty fire

That is a really cool cosmetic set right there mate. i especially love the jacket and pants.
