I hope this can help:

Check to have the invisible helipad named "test" , this is required for have "the attach" to and "rescale object" work on server.

The orientation of the "test" need to be 0 on all axis XYZ for avoid rotation problem.

Sometimes the "attach to" takes time depending how many object you have in the mission files, usually you just have to wait a few seconds for them to straighten out.

"i use "attach to" on scaled prop. ( Tested )" Can you explain this method? Are you attaching and then scaling? Also what is using the WMO mod? What will break without it?
