My machines are largely ignored as LilRazzleDazzle mentioned. I have the zone set for the Pawns to be in the area and it is pretty much the only thing to do expect eat food and chat. They are buying food and smokeleaf is it that they dont have any money?

No not from spaceport, just vanilla visitors, that is already hard enough (working on it but not there yet).

I've managed to get them to use it more but any chance on having the random peopl that come and go from Spaceport use them too?

@LilRazzleDazzle if you know a bit about Rimworld modding and manage to find where the mod files are on your computer, you can locate 2939292644/1.6/Defs/Joy/JoyGivers.xml - and increase the number inside the <baseChance></baseChance> tags.
Probably the issue is, I have configured this in relation to vanilla Rimworld(no DLC,no mods) - but some mods go overboard by setting *their* stuff baseChance very high, essentially lowering the chance of pawns playing slot machines. Very hard to balance...

And is there a way I can get guests to play MORE? got several machines but they seem mostly uninterested even when it's zoned

Hey! are there any chances of having ANY npc that arrives use them as I have hospitality AND spaceports and would love if the spaceport guys used them to!

@Otoya, without hospitality there are indeed no guests, but the slot machines can be used by your colonists as recreation item. I have a mod in the making to provide customers for casino,spa and storefront (and bar eventually) without hospitality, but I don't know when it's finished.

How do guest arrive if the hospitality mod isn't installed? I thought the main hospitality mod is the one that added generated visitors?

I have the same error with @Heart of Lorkhan;It seems to be caused by a recent update of Vanilla Furniture Expanded.

Does this error break anything? other than a mood buff? I've been trying to start a perfectly modded long term colony but running down bugs that could break saves is tough.

As someone else said, the VFE mod has changed the def Joy_HoldChips to VFE_Joy_HoldChips leading to failed to find verse.effecterdef errors when pawns play roulette.

I am afraid no new games/machines will come, as I don't do graphics. I paid someone to do the slot machine graphics of the funds gathered with ko-fi. But those days are passed. Last 2 years nobody (of the 114.400 subscribes) donated. I spend a lot of my free time on my mods, but not planning to spend money on them :)

@Showny Yes, my colonists use them all the time. Zones are all set up correctly and I've tried multiple different things to attract them but they just don't care about any of the slot machine except the first ($546) and second ($68) machines. This is also five years in now so who knows.

@homeworld are your colonists able to access and use the slots? I cant click them to use the slots for example

My guests for the most part ignore my casino. They only play the machine closest to the door and I've had maybe $300 in three years of earnings total among 7 slot machines, a roulette and poker table.

This mod isn't working at all for me. Even my colonists are ignoring the slots, poker tables, and roulette tables. I have all required mods, and this is the only one that doesn't seem to work. Is anyone else getting the same problems?

@BlueRaven307 the amount of silver is determined by the Hospitality base mod. It mainly depends on the goodwill with the faction. This mod is supposed to be a small passive income together with a bit of roleplaying fun.

Anyone know why my visitors come with only like 30 silver? Makes it kinda hard to make my casino profitable.

Does it make sense for the house to make money on a guest at a poker table without a colonist playing to? Unless I suppose if you mean "pay for the right to gamble here".
