It looks so good - could you do a decoration version (free to build because of maintenance)?

Why couldn't this just be a park? We don't have parks at all in this game to fill up empty spaces, and to be used as decor. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are the closest things we have to parks. Are you able to make the sports assets operate as different types of parks? Al shapes and sizes please.

Added a Hot spring heating plant that is nearly free to build. Limited to 1 per map though.
