Probably lack of fandom overlap between Tekken (Fighting game) and Sam (FPS)
Sol Badguy had to be comissioned into this game and he's like the only one i've seen from Guilty Gear making it here

Yeah a lot of major IPs are surprisingly absent from serious Sam. I’m still yet to see a Tekken player model of any kind
